Tina Pascotto
The founder of Grow Stronger
Tina has extensive experience in operational and management positions in retail. She has worked for well-known companies such as Nilson Group, GANT, Vagabond and SOVA. In addition to 25 years of experience in practically leading and developing people, building teams, developing key figures and creating hard and soft results, she also has international coaching certification at an advanced level and coaches both individuals and groups. In her luggage, she also has eight Swedish Championship gold medals in the equestrian sport vaulting, has been part of the Swedish national equestrian team and has achieved great success internationally both individually and in teams. Tina has also taught the subject of Service Management at YH and collaborates with one of our most important business leaders of all time, Jan Carlzon.
Tina and Grow Stronger are passionate about creating the right conditions for motivation, performance and success. That is why Grow Stronger focuses on training and developing leadership and collaboration – two important factors that are crucial for performance, especially when it comes to creating inspiring and successful customer experiences.
Professional coaching is the foundation of the business and is used as a methodology to create effective processes. Tina is also certified in tools such as Extended DISC and research-based development concepts such as TeamPro, Lead Forward and HE(R)O-IQ – all to create insightful processes that reveal potential and progress!
