CRM Specialist to AB Lindex

As a CRM Specialist you will be a part of our Digital Sales Department, working globally with our all our markets. You work with our online customers as well as our store customers. Based on insight you plan activities for optimization and segmentation of the database and you work with recommendations for our markets. You are responsible to optimize and plan the CRM activity, based on customer´s behavior and profitability in line with sales plan. The position also include that you set goals and KPIs for customer activation and acquisition to be able to reach set sales goals.
Examples of your working tasks: continuously improve and develop Lindex CRM business in cooperation with other departments, develop KPIs and regular reporting, analyze and generate conclusions on costumer data.
Are you the one we are looking for?
• Working experience in retail business and in a CRM position
• Good knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Adobe Campaign
• Advanced skills in Google Analytics, very good skills in Excel
• Understanding of databases
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: academic degree in business administration or marketing, working experience from an international environment and with an omnichannel approach
To succeed in this role you have a deep understanding of the fashion and e-commerce business. As a person you are driven by numbers and to see the effect on actions taken. You are comfortable in a detail oriented and analytic position. You have the ability to work independently, take initiatives and managing your time to meet set deadlines. Since you will be working in close collaboration with other departments we think that it is important that you are a team player and that you are open minded.
