Digital Sales Manager/ E- commerce to AB Lindex
Do you have previous working experience as a leader within sales and retail? Do you have a strong passion for e-commerce? We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager to our head office located in central Gothenburg. This position is a temporary post until August 2019.

You will be a part of our Digital Sales Department, working globally with our all our markets. This position is placed in the Digital team with focus on Lindex kids selection. As a Digital Sales Manager you are responsible for maximizing the sales and profitability for related business areas by driving the most inspiring digital experience through commercial planning, digital communication, coordination, execution and strategic stock management. You lead a small team of five persons and you work together to optimize the costumer experience and reach set sales goals.
Examples of your working tasks: close collaboration with Lindex sales department to set a sales plan, identifying and planning sales activities in identified digital channels, evaluate outcome to adapt plans in order to meet sales budget, follow up and analyze costumer behavior, lead the team, prioritize actions when needed and strategically manage the stock levels of related business area.
Are you the one we are looking for?
• Previous working experience from a position in e-commerce sales and retail
• Leadership experience
• Experience of analyzing data and take actions accordingly
• Advanced skills in Google Analytics, very good skills in Excel
• Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Meritorious: academic degree in business, marketing, communication or similar, working experience from an international environment
